Email desk@lotsight.com. Put the broker name in the subject line so your message reaches the person who tested it.
Reporting a mistake
Tell us which review, which sentence and what the correct information is, with a link to the source if you have one. Confirmed corrections are made in the review and noted at the end of it.
Brokers
Brokers can send factual corrections, fee changes and new entity details. We do not accept payment for reviews, do not share drafts before publication and do not remove criticism that our testing supports.
What we cannot help with
We cannot resolve disputes with a broker, recover funds or advise on your personal trading. For a dispute, contact the broker's complaints department first and then the regulator or ombudsman that covers your account.
